Booking and Payment

Bookings require a deposit to secure your reservation, with full payment due according to our payment schedule. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus $200 processing fee. Cancellations made 30-59 days before: 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure: No refund, unless we can resell your spot.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Prime Road Excursions is not responsible for costs associated with trip interruption, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Liability Limitation

Prime Road Excursions liability is limited to the cost of your trip. We are not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during your road trip adventure, except as required by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York State. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in New York, NY.
